Terms of Service

1.Purpose of the service

Klip is a social media post-production tool that lets you create visuals, generate AI descriptions, schedule and publish Instagram/Facebook content for multiple brands ("clients") from a single workspace.

2.Account & access

• Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You warrant the accuracy of the information provided and agree not to impersonate a third party.
• The Service is reserved for adults or persons with the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

3.Plans, free trial and pricing

• The Service is offered as a monthly subscription, with two plans: Studio and Agency, whose features and pricing are listed on the Pricing page.
• Each new account benefits from a free 7-day trial, with no credit card required at signup.
• At the end of the 7 days, access to features is suspended until a paid plan is subscribed.
• Prices are shown in euros. [Specify tax-inclusive/exclusive and applicable VAT].
• Payment is made via our payment provider [Stripe — to be activated]. No card data is stored by Klip.

4.Plan limits

Each plan has limits (number of clients, team members, features). When you reach a limit, the corresponding action is blocked until you upgrade to a higher plan.

5.Cancellation & right of withdrawal

• The subscription has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time from the account settings; it ends at the end of the current period.
• In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you acknowledge that by starting to use the Service during the withdrawal period, you waive this right for the portion already performed.
• The publisher may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms or fraudulent use.

6.User obligations

• Not to publish illegal, defamatory, infringing content or content that violates the rights of third parties.
• Comply with the terms of use of connected third-party platforms (Meta / Instagram).
• Hold the necessary rights to the visuals, fonts and brands uploaded.

7.Availability & liability

The Service is provided "as is", in beta phase. The publisher cannot be held liable for interruptions, data loss beyond its control, or the behavior of third-party APIs (notably Meta). The publisher's liability is limited to the amount paid over the last 12 months.

8.Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction. In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge: [Mediator to be designated].
