Data Deletion
In accordance with Meta's (Facebook/Instagram) policy, you can request the deletion of all data Klip has collected via your Facebook or Instagram account.
Data collected
When you connect your Instagram Business account to Klip, we store:
- Your Instagram account ID
- Your Instagram username
- An access token allowing us to publish on your behalf
- The ID of your associated Facebook Page
How to delete your data
You have two options to delete your data:
Option 1 — From your Klip account
Log in to Klip, go to your workspace's Settings, then click Disconnect Instagram or Delete this workspace. All associated data will be deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By email
Send a deletion request to getklipsaas@gmail.com specifying the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What will be deleted
- Your Instagram access token
- Your Instagram ID and username
- The link with your Facebook Page
- Upon full deletion request: all your workspaces, posts and associated data
